MORE THAN THAT, FACEBOOK MUST BE CONDEMNED AS FOR GOOGLE AND, MORE, AMAZON.

Tim Cook, my friend, you are not severe enough, even you were the one who has denounciated since a very long time the dangers of the use of private informations. We both know that Facebook could make money through targetted advertisements without illegal uses of private informations. Remember when I organized the Dashboard and the Like button in 2007 ! It was dedicated for people who wanted to share information or emotion to friends who could simply Like, to mark the point, or Dislike, available only if the Like button was successfull.  And it was in the meaning of our values, not those of Mark Zuckerberg who hiked, at the very beginning, women students computers ... We decided in 2007 at my HEC show that my job will be to formerly denounciate the secret organization build up by Zuckenberg in order to manipulate elections. That'sthe reason why I wrote "More than that", which refers to your point we both said at different time "We are not going to traffic in your personal life. Privacy to us is a human right, a civil liberty". I said so in 2007 at HEC regarding my personal situation and, as a consequence, regarding to all users of Facebook, Google and others social network. This privacy has been refused for my personal life, as it was the case for so many people ! You said we were beyond self-regulation because of misuse of what I now call Fakebook. I say Facebook must be strongly condemned for so many manipulations his CEO ordered, working for Putine (you were several witnesses...). Financially and legally condemned, since I am not so far of part of truth when I write down that many people have been killed while sharing part of their lives, their political ideas !

Google did the same in a different way ! If it was an honourable success at the beginning, Google had a monopoly through its search engines, trafficking the results for best money offers first and putting its own subsidiaries as the best result ! Hence, Google had not only the monopoly on searches for information but also the monopoly on data of Google applications users. Just have a look on Alphabet, a way to show its subsidiaries like the essence on how we must talk, how we must think, how we must buy, how we must live (that's enough for me regarding some letters in our alphabet).

Amazon must be another worst case. Firstly, have you ever seen any company in the stock market history with no benefits for more than ten years but able to become the first book value on the stock market, just with billions of dollars coming from so many additionals call for capital given by a solid group of (friends) investors ? We have never seen such "operations" and I am likely to think that my stolen money could be somewhere in the hidden name of shareholders ! Secondly, what for such huge amount of capital without benefits ? Just to get the monopoly on whole  activities they were able to " friendly stole" and becoming the only company to deal with ! I did not find any article in English of its hundred companies and that in french has disappeared from my computer ! Let's say that the idea is they offer you the "opportunity" to access  various companies, theirs, to sell their products on Amazon worldwide website. For the starting. They push companies to sign a contract (or to simply deal) in which companies must give all their informations, not only on the product but also on the processing ! For example, I have seen Zara products, a Spanish fashion company in which I am (was ?) a big shareholder. His creator, with whom we discussed the way to produce bio and not to be on Amazon, took the risk. Today, Amazon is offering its own brand using the process we designed to produce clothes respectfull of environment ! That's not the only story and I guess other brands may ends up eating a finger ! Thanks Ortega Gaona not to have followed my strong advice... Thirdly, Amazon is famoust enough for its "ethics of certain business practices and policies which have been drawn into question. Amazon has also faced numerous allegations of anti-competitive or monopolistic behaviour : - anti-competitive practices  (ie dumping) - differential prices- collections of sales to X- product availability (or un-availability) - sell in UK of items prohibited by UK law - kindle content removal - sale of Wikipedia's material as books - Nazi T-shirts - - pedophile guide - treatment of workers - opposition to Trade Unions - ... The list is so huge that I have pains in my fingers to write all of them (just have a look on true Wikipedia article).

Finally, we were some business men willing to do our best -somehow like a counter solution to the three above - in order to offer right (bio) products at the right price, giving the chance to a lot of entrepreneurs - new or not in the job - with different ethic, moral and respectfull behaviors (of people, environment, privacy, fair trade and laws). But it seems today that to be an outlaw with no regulations and/or strong justice has paid of. For how long do you want to pay !
